Q: How much does shipping cost for heavy furniture?
A: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD for all orders within the United States, including our oversized mattresses and ergonomic chairs.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Our total delivery timeframe is 3 to 10 business days. This includes 1-3 days for handling/inspection and 2-7 days for transit via specialized furniture carriers.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: Due to the size of our mattresses and chairs, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical street address for all furniture deliveries.

Q: How are your mattresses shipped?
A: Most of our mattresses use “Bed-in-a-Box” technology. They are compressed and vacuum-sealed into a manageable box for easier transport into your home.
Q: Do the chairs require assembly?
A: Some of our chairs require minor assembly. We provide all necessary hardware, tools, and easy-to-follow instructions inside the package.
Q: Is there a “break-in” period for mattresses?
A: Yes! It can take your body up to 30 nights to adjust to a new mattress. We recommend sleeping on it for at least 3 weeks before deciding on a return.

A: We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. Return shipping is free!
Q: How do I return an unboxed mattress?
A: Since mattresses cannot be re-compressed, please contact us at support@goshootgo.com. We will coordinate a local pickup or donation for you at no extra cost.
