What Makes a Product Returnable?
To be considered eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn — no signs of wear, stains, or odors.
- All original tags still attached.
- Returned in its original packaging (such as polybags or branded boxes).
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
If the item is not in its original condition or missing essential elements, we may not be able to approve your return.
Return Timeline
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. After that window, unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate return or refund requests.
Starting a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at support@goshootgo.com. Kindly include the following details in your email:
- Your full name and order number.
- Proof of purchase (screenshot or confirmation email).
- A brief explanation for the return.
- A photo or video of the item, especially if it’s defective or damaged.
Our support team will respond within 72 hours, providing specific return instructions tailored to your case.
Who Covers Shipping?
If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged item, incorrect size, wrong product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, even for orders that qualified for free shipping initially.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to prevent loss during return transit.
Exchanges Instead of Returns?
Yes! We offer exchanges for items that fall under the following categories:
- Product arrives damaged or defective.
- Wrong item or size sent in your order.
- Manufacturing flaws or fulfillment issues.
If you believe your item qualifies, email us at support@goshootgo.com. Once approved, we’ll ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Additional Notes
- We don’t accept returns or exchanges beyond 30 days unless required by law.
- Returned items that do not meet eligibility standards will not be refunded.
- Refunds, once approved, will be credited back to the original payment method.
