1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery. For our mattresses, we recommend a “30-night break-in period” to allow your body to adjust to the new support system. If you are not completely satisfied after this period, you are eligible for a full refund within the 60-day window.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your mattress or chair must meet the following safety and hygiene criteria:

  • The item must be in good condition, free from stains, structural damage, tears, or odors.
  • For chairs, all original hardware, tools, and components must be included in the return.
  • Proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email) is required for all requests.

3. No-Hassle Free Returns

We believe in a fair shopping experience. Goshootgo covers all return shipping costs for furniture items.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Due to the oversized nature of mattresses and chairs, we have established a specialized logistics process:

  1. Contact Support: Email support@goshootgo.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition.
  2. For Chairs: We will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Please disassemble the chair and pack it securely in its original box (or a similar protective carton).
  3. For Mattresses: Since unboxed mattresses cannot be re-compressed, we will coordinate with a local removal partner or a charitable organization to pick up the item from your home at no cost to you.

5. Refund Issuance

Once the return is confirmed via our carrier tracking or a local pickup receipt, we will process your refund. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, or Debit Card) within 7 business days.

6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a 100% free replacement or full refund. For chairs, we can also ship expedited replacement parts if only specific components are missing or damaged.
