SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Welcome to Goshootgo. We take pride in delivering high-quality mattresses and ergonomic chairs across the United States with precision and care.

1. Shipping Costs & Destinations

We strive to keep our shipping rates simple and transparent, even for large furniture items. We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes for mattress deliveries due to carrier restrictions).

Standard Furniture Flat Rate: $6.99 USD per order.

This fee covers secure packaging and ground transit for all mattresses and chairs regardless of weight.

2. Processing & Transit Time

Our logistics team works diligently to ensure your furniture arrives in pristine condition. Please refer to our estimated schedule below:

Stage Timeframe Process Details
Order Handling 1 – 3 Business Days Verification, quality inspection, and heavy-duty protective packaging (Mon-Sat).
Transit Time 2 – 7 Business Days Transport via specialized furniture carriers to your doorstep (Mon-Sat).

*Total estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the following business day.

3. Specialized Packaging for Furniture

Mattresses: Most of our mattresses are shipped using “Bed-in-a-Box” technology. They are compressed, vacuum-sealed, and rolled into a manageable box for easier movement through hallways and doorways.

Chairs: Our chairs are shipped partially assembled or in reinforced cartons with high-density foam corner protectors to prevent any structural damage during transit.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated Shipment Confirmation Email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s portal. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once the package has left our facility.

5. Inspection Upon Arrival

Because furniture is cồng kềnh, we highly recommend inspecting the box before signing for the delivery. If you notice significant external damage to the packaging:

  • Document the damage with clear photos.
  • Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt if applicable.
  • Contact our support team at support@goshootgo.com within 24 hours so we can initiate a claim and send a replacement.

6. Incorrect Address Policy

Goshootgo is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping details at checkout. If you realize an error has been made, contact us within 12 hours to attempt an address correction.
