Order Cancellation & Change Policy

At Goshootgo, we understand that customers may occasionally need to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. This policy explains when an order may be canceled or changed, how to request a modification, and what happens once an order enters processing or shipment.

- Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it generally cannot be canceled or modified.

- Approved cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- Orders that cannot be canceled may still qualify for return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Processing
Orders are processed according to the following schedule:

Because orders are prepared quickly after purchase, requests to cancel or modify an order should be submitted immediately.
Cancelling an Order
You may request cancellation after placing an order.
Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order has not yet entered processing.
If the cancellation request is approved:
- The order will be canceled.
- No shipping charges will be incurred for the canceled order.
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Changing an Order
Customers may request changes before processing begins.
Depending on order status, the following changes may be possible:
- • Shipping address
- • Recipient name
- • Contact information
- • Product size
- • Product quantity
- • Product color, when available
Requested changes are subject to product availability and operational feasibility.
Once an order enters processing, modifications generally cannot be made.
How to Request a Cancellation or Change
Please contact Customer Support as soon as possible.
Include:
- Order number
- Full name used for the order
- Email address
- Requested change or cancellation
- Reason for the request (optional)
Early requests provide the greatest opportunity for successful cancellation or modification.
Orders That Cannot Be Changed
Orders generally cannot be changed when:
- Processing has already begun.
- The package has been prepared for shipment.
- A shipping label has been created.
- The order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
- The package has already been shipped.
In these situations, customers may use the return process after delivery if eligible.
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Orders generally cannot be canceled after:
- Processing has started.
- Shipment has been confirmed.
- The tracking number has been issued.
- The package has been collected by the shipping carrier.
If cancellation is no longer possible, customers may request a return after receiving the order in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- • Recipient name
- • Shipping address
- • Apartment or unit number
- • City
- • State
- • ZIP Code
- • Telephone number
If incorrect information is submitted, please contact us immediately.
Although we will make reasonable efforts to update the information before shipment, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Fraud Prevention
For customer protection, we reserve the right to:
- Verify customer identity.
- Confirm payment information.
- Request additional order verification.
- Delay processing while verification is completed.
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment, or unlawful activity.
If an order is canceled by us for these reasons and payment has been successfully captured, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

If a cancellation request is approved before processing begins:

The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
After Shipment
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
- Delivery will continue as scheduled.
- Eligible items may be returned after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Example Scenarios
Example 1
You place an order at 2:00 PM ET and contact Customer Support shortly afterward to cancel it.
- If processing has not started, the order may be canceled.
- A full refund will be issued.
Example 2
You realize the shipping address contains an error shortly after placing your order.
- Contact Customer Support immediately.
- If processing has not started, the shipping address may be updated.
Example 3
You request cancellation after receiving a shipment confirmation email.
- The order has already entered shipment.
- Cancellation is no longer available.
- You may request a return after delivery if the item qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy.
